Since we've moved I have had little motivation, I was down to 223 when we left vermont and we lived with my husband's parents up til June 11th I struggled with gaining and loosing of 7 pounds, at least it was that little.
I have gotten two fills down here but I still feel very little restriction. It could be me, and not having my head on straight as I like to call it, I was doing so well in Vermont, and now down here why? That is all I can say to myself.
But its the little milestones that count like I've lost 8 inches off my waist since November, I have gone from 24 to an 18 pants size.
